And one of my favourites is a follow on from a book which is sadly currently out of print, every recipe I've made out of it has been a success, it's beautifully illustrated and it's local!
I've been looking for it's predecessor for a while now but recently came across a second hand copy and decided to bite the bullet and get it.
It arrived just in time for lunch and I decided to try out the recipe for a special toasted cheese sandwich...and as usual I was not disappointed, the sandwich was delicious!
That toasted cheese looks awesome!
